VCD SOUND QUALITY is Not right ...Can you help me ?

Dear friends, i am new at this and i am very very happy with results i obtained by the moment i have been able to burn a few DVD movies into VCD in my CDR...but only a few ones like the DVD QUEEN CONCERT gives me some problems...i ripp it 100 %ok...but after i use VCD EASY...i get a nice VCD in video matter but sound does not fit the movie...it has some breaks...and then continues fast...like if some part of the concert was cut and joined and cut and jooined ...
it happens in the complete movie.
Can you help me to solv this problem...it also happened to me with the EMPERORS NEW GROOVE from Walt Disney...video is ok but sound has small cut during playback .

I have never been a bit fan of VCDeasy look at the guides to the left and find one that uses Smartripper/DVD2AVI/Tmpgenc, this method has never let me down yet...
