ok heres the thing, my ati aiw 7500 32mb ddr im using to capture.
im using a ntsc tape on a ntsc,pal vcr but when i try to capture the screen goes lines up and down like scrolling, just wondering if theres anything that i can do to sort it.
sorry if this sounds like the question is screwed up but im in a hurry.
