just thought i'd let evryone know this. best buy has 40GB @ 5400rpm hard drives for $99 this week. i thought it was a good deal and bought one. and if any one lese needs more room, like we alldo, here is a somewhat cheaper solution. maybe.

Just thought I'd add my 2 cents. That is a pretty good deal, but you can find 40gb 7200rpm drives on the web for the same price (extra for shipping of course). If you're not in a rush to pick one up, you may want to consider that.

i just posted this because i hate waiting for things to be mailed to me. i'm impatient like that. so going to a store to pick one up is better for me. even if it costs an extra couple of bucks. because once you include shipping its all about the smae anyways. now if only i could find a store that sells motherboards and/or processors i would be set. hate ordering my mail. takes too long. and too expensive to overnight it. any one out there know any store chain that sells these things? especially in the philadelphia area.
