I converted a 4 disc SVCD (My standalone player won't play SVCD) to 4 Mpeg1's.
Merged the 4 Mpeg's in TMPGEnc to 1 big file then cut it to 3 Mpeg's to fit three disc's. The sound on the burned VCD's had a pulsing type sound to it.
In the end I burned each of the four Mpegs to it's own individual VCD which work fine but this left wasted space on each disc.
Was this a TMPGEnc problem or did I do something wrong ?
Tone.

Normally movies fit on 2 VCD's was the playing time 240 min ?
When you made the one large mpeg1, did you use a VCD template ?
Did it play ok before you split it again into 3
