Downloaded SVCD

Hello, I have been looking around in this forum for answers, but couldnt come up with something anyway, so I decided to start an own topic.
The problem is this:
I dl´ed a DVDrip its 2 Cd´s big.
it´s in .bin/cue format.
So I decided to use a virtual CD to test it.
Sure, plays fine, good image, but the audio is a little out of sync. So I decide to try to burn it and see if thats the problem, no, same there.
I try the CD2...and it has a perfeclty fine audiosync.

So I figured..the source is faulty, I dl CD1 again, no, same problem, I ask others that have tried this, they dont have the problem....But I do..on CD 1 but not CD 2.
So..whats the deal here...why´s that my CD1 doesnt work...when the source does...and so on...is it my computer that makes it shitty or what?
