What's the best way to convert from 24fps to 23.97 fps? Any way to do it in avisynth (assumefps always kills my audio sync)

You can use ConvertFPS, it will strip out a frame every so often to make the time stamps match up with the audio. This will work much better than AssumeFPS as Assume does not alter the frame count, it just changes the speed. ConvertFPS did not exist until Avisynth v. 1.0beta7 so make sure you have a recent enough version. Hope that helps.

Thanks alot... is there an updated language reference somewhere? I've been using http://math.berkeley.edu/~benrg/avisynth-reference.html but that one's out of date...
