SVCD to VCD and Burining with Nero

I downloaded a SVCD and want to convert the movie. I followed the steps described on this site and I get buffer run errors at 100%. I remember some time ago someone mentioned that it was ok. is this true?
Second when trying to burn the cd, I get an error stating that Nero wants to re encode the file. How do I get arround this?

After you select video-cd from the Nero menu, uncheck the "Create Standards Compliance Cd" box. The burn away.

Don't use Nero to convert anything, it's rubbish. Use TMPGEnc to convert your SVCD to VCD with a VCD template, then use that mpeg with Nero
