You can use a program called Ordix Mpack Pro. It will take all 70 of the files re-pack them together into the original full length movie. You will not have to burn bin/cue. You can convert the divx to mpeg with the guidelines on www.vcdhelp.com. Hope this helps. Oh, by the way, after you convert the divx to MPEG, you can split the file in half with a program called myflix 3.0.3. It is super simple to use and then just encode with TMPGenc and you are ready to burn in Nero as a vcd.

Ones you have used Winrar to assemble the file, if you get an AVI, then load it into Vdub to scan for errors, save out another copy if there are bad frames use Video > Direct stream copy Audio > Direct stream copy
Now load the AVI into TMPGEnc, then load a VCD template, this will set it up for a fully compliant VCD mpeg, after conversion if the file is now too big to fit on 1 CD use TMPGEnc split/merge to cut it in half.
If after you use WinRar you end up with a bin/cue file, then you can look at this bin file using an ISO buster "WinISO.v5.3" is good, if you can see an AVI, then you can extract it without burning the disk, if you can see a .dat file, then you don’t need to do anything else except burn the bin/cue file straight to CD-R or extract the .dat file and make up a VCD with Nero in the normal way.
