Hi i'm trying to join 4 .mpg2 files they are very large and i want to put them on a dvdr. When i try to join them i get an error saying the thrid file is not compatible. Is there a work round for this or am i screwed? Is it possible to merge the video and audio seperately and could this be what is wrong? I let tmpegenc correct the files and it took the bottom two away so i'm alittle confused. LOTR is the movie and was a dvd rip converted to svcd.![]()

Its telling you one of the files is not the same as the other two, it may be audio, it may be bitrate. So if you re--encode the one that's not correct, to match the other two you can then join all 3
