LOST PICTURE RATIO RIPPING PEARL HARBOUR

i ripped pearl harbour pal version using dvdcrypter then encoded it using flask 0.6 with panasonic plug in , quality was ok but when i played it on my tv the picture was thinner in height but still full width of screen .
I did a 1 minute section encoded with tpmgenc and the screen ratio was fine .

What did i do wrong with flask and panasonic plugin ?

I did a Pearl Harbor (NTSC) rip and encoded with TMPGEnc and yes it is not completely full screen. You will still see a thin black bar on the top and bottom of your TV screen.

Yes thats ok but what i mean is if i encode with flask and the panasonic plugin the picture is narrower in height than the original picture , but if i encode it using tpmgenc then its the same as the original .
