  1. How do you go about adding those black bars on the tops and bottoms of a video file in TMPEGenc? I can't remember what its called ;-;

    Advanced tab-clip frame. Use the MASK feature to keep the size and not stretch out the image.

  3. This way nothing will be cut out, right?

    I heard there was a way to add the black on the tops and sides with out cutting out anything and that in putting it in full screen this way will leave alot of the picture in o.o;;

    The default is "Full screen, Keep aspect ratio" if that is selected and the movie wont fit on the screen you will automatically have black borders. If you select "Full screen" it may chop the movie out, if your source is larger
