How do you go about adding those black bars on the tops and bottoms of a video file in TMPEGenc? I can't remember what its called ;-;

The default is "Full screen, Keep aspect ratio" if that is selected and the movie wont fit on the screen you will automatically have black borders. If you select "Full screen" it may chop the movie out, if your source is larger
