    Hi,
    I have been having trouble converting a divx movie at 20 fps to an mpeg movie at 29.97 fps. I use TMPGenc. I can get a working movie but the movie is playing to fast for the sound. Please help me.

    Follow the DivX to VCD guide to the left and make sure to save the audio out to a WAV. From there on it's pretty much encode and hope. It can be tricky, and when the fps gets that low, it usually either works, or not unfortunately.
