I have an mpeg which is 352x240 29.97fps. I burned it onto a CD as a VCD using NTI CD Maker (that came with my CDRW). The video is fine if I play it back using PowerDVD on my PC, but if I use my stand alone DVD player i get slow playback and stuttering audio. I assume this is because my DVD is a UK PAL model that plays at 25fps. It does have a NTSC/PAL/Auto switch on it but it doesn't make any difference. Anyone have any ideas on how to cure this?
Thanks

Just out of interest as you use NTI CD Maker, does it ask if the VCD to be made is NTSC or PAL?
