TMPGEnc Cutting Problem

Whenever I cut a Mpeg file in half with TMPGEnc the first half works fine, but when I try to cut the 2nd half it wont even start to cut. Can somebody please help me? Or point me to a cutting program that isn't on this site? Thanx.

Try bbMPEG instead. It's the best cutting, muxing, and demuxing program around. It's readme file explains everything but you might want to look:

and I assume somewhere on http://www.doom9.org there's a guide too The only downside to bbMPEG is you have to demux your MPEG file before you cut it. But it's much faster than TMPGenc so I think the time works out to about even.
