Hey, I'm shopping for a new computer and the key feature is going to be a video card with capture capabilities. I'm kind of stuck going through Compaq to do it (It's a graduation present), and I'm not really sure what's best.
Basically, all I want is to be able to record TV at great quality. I went looking at the Capture Card comments list page, but it's down... any suggestions?
Right now, I'm looking at either the ATI AIW Radeon 8500 or the 8500DV... Anyone know something better (or which is best)?
