is it me or cce sp2.5 take too much system resource?

i don't know is this is just me or cce sp2.5 take too much system resource when encoding. can't do anything when encoding.

my system is:
p4 1.6 northwood
2 x 256 crucial pc2100
wdc 120 gigs 8mb

yeah...it's a resource hog. but, that's why it's so fast to encode
start your encodes before you go to bed, and you won't have to worry about not being able to use your computer
