TV Tool for ATI Graphic-Cards

Hi guys
I'm looking for a Tool to watch TV on my PC. I have a Radeon 9700 Graphic-Card and a Cinergy 600 TV Card.
The Problem is, that Terratec's Cinergy TV-Software doesn't work and TV Tool requires a nVidia Graphic Card.
I can record TV-Shows via VirtualDub, but I need another Tool to watch TV-Shows directly.
Does anyone know of such a tool? Or any other Watch-TV-On-PC-With-Tunercard-Software ?

Ok, I just checked, it has a S-video out (I wasn't sure).Then you need to have your drivers installed (you must already do). Then goto display properties, advanced, displays (if I remember right), and turn the tv on with desired options. Now you just open your fav media player and watch. No need for nothing else.
