Can anyone recommend a good graphic cards that satisfies the following:

    - silent cooling (no fan, just a silent pipe)
    - HDMI out (for TV)+ DVI out (for monitor)
    - 1920x1080p support video out + 5.1 sound out through HDMI
    - built-in HDCP

-i would like to use both HDMI out and DVI out together (if it is possible at all)
one for monitor and one for LCD TV.
-if it is not possible to use together than a t least just to be able to switch it in PC soft easily to choose screen output between monitor and LCD TV (most of time to watch movies on LCD TV 1920x1080)

is the any cards on market to handle this?
(i dont play games just need it for watching movies from my PC)

    thanks to all

    Perhaps:

Read the reviews, sounds like you'll still need to cool it down.

    Better:

The heat sink might be too tall for your PC

The fan is very quiet on this card, I'd get this one:

That card isn't silent. Here are a few fanless ATI cards:
