i want to give a try with iuvcr-i have heard that it has fixed the a/v sync problems it had but i wonder where i could find a capture guide for that program so i could get the best of it-do u have any idea where i could find one?
and something else the author of vdub says tha mjpeg codec sucks big time
but u say that it rocks who should i trust?![]()

I say try iuvcr, I think you will like it! As far as user guide, that's a good idea. I just started using it and would welcome such a guide.
I can tell you that I was able to fix sync problems by going to the options tab and clicking a few things. Some of them are set as default and some are not, I just can't remember which were which.
Mine works with the following:
sync to master stream
master stream is audio (master stream is video - worked OK most of the time)
short audio samples (default?)
I think everything else was default. Life is good now. Works good all the way at the end of a 2 hour capture. iuVCR does seem to de-interlace as a default operating condition. I don't know if there is a way to change that to interlaced.Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?
