OggDS9.9.1 filter and the movie The Others

I have been trying to open the movie "The Others". I have Divx encoders and the oggDS9.9.1 filters, but all I get is a blank screen and a scratchy noise. Any one know what s going on with this movie?

PS this is not my first movie that I have burned.

Is it a DVD rip, I have "the others" downloaded as a DVD DivX, it was a while ago so don’t remember its format.

If you right click the AVI and select properties, this will tell you its codec's, Make sure you have it, god knows what people are using these days.

Apart from this, will it load into Vdub/TMPGEnc ?

By the way, then end of the movie is scary....

No it will not load in to any thing that i have. Vdub or TMPGnc. Its know as the others DVDrip-DivxVite avi. and I cant get any information from it.

Yeah i was told i would need to use OggDS9.9.1 to play it , but thats not working for me..Hummmm

Well did a quick search, found 302 files but non matching that, did find a 2001 Vite

I've not seen anything that wont load into Vdub, if the correct codec is installed, and there is only a few, not including the one you mentioned. Did you right click the AVI to find out what it is ?

Perhaps it’s a fake ?
