  1. I have been reading documents on VirtualDubMPEG, and I can't seem to find a mention of selecting part of a file (if it is possible). I just want to apply the logo filter to only a section of the file. Is there a way to do it?

I need to do this to filter a logo which fade in and out through the movie...

    Thanks...

Use the most recent version of virtualdub (which will load mpeg files, if that is what you need) and you can use keyframes to control filters.
    Read my blog here.

Is there a guide for that somewhere? I could have used that yesterday.

Might be time for a redesign of the web site...

There is also a 'Conditional Execution Filter' for VirtualDub that can apply most VD filters to selected frames of your video: http://web.archive.org/web/20050405002942/http://wwwtcs.inf.tu-dresden.de/~dc1/conditional
