i have been asked by my company if i can put some training video's to cdrom. i know this can be done but what i am asking is if anyone can give some recomendations as to what capture card i should get. unfortunatly it has to be pritty cheap, but does need to be of good quality. i know this is a tall order but i have faith in this NG. help me out.....please.

Check to Posts on Best sub-$100 capture card. The PV-231 is relatively cheap and you can fit an hour on 1 CD using standard MPEG-1.
