Have problem playing back SVCDs in Pioneer 343--sound cuts in/out-video jerky, same SVCDs play ok on computer DVD-rom with WinDVD software. Windows media player won't play them at all! Someone said something about bit rate being too high for the Pioneer? Used Tmpeg to burn CD-Rs-version H.
Anyone have thoughts on this? thanks

I don't have any idea about "CD-Rs-version H.
" is. Which burning sw are you using?
The max. bitrate for my 343 is aprox. 2600 (2520 video + 128 audio)

Sorry, TMPEG ver. h, Nero ver. 5.5. Should I use VBR or fixed rate to render?
Thanks
