Primo DVD not recognizing Pioneer 104...Please Help

Please help me fix this problem. I just installed a new Pioneer 104 and I'm trying to burn a video_ts folder to a disk. Nero screws up and has errors so I tried to use Prassi. The problem is that when it starts up it says that it can't find any compatible drives. However I know the drive is fine because Nero would burn a DVD-RW (just not DVD-R). Any suggestions on how I can get prassi to recognize the drive. The firmaware is 1.20 and Prassi is 2.0 build 2.0.749.

i have the 104 there is an update on the prassi website so it recognises it.

I use parassi 2.0 with DVR-104 USB 2.0 external case run under win XP and no problem at all. Try installing DLA first then install parassi 2.0 or you may need to download latest window service packs upgrades. Nero is easy but will not check if your Video_TS is right or wrong. But Parassi does check and won't let you burn DVD-R.
