joining mpeg 2

Hey all. I have a problem with cce not being able to encode large rendered clips,( index too big messege) and no-one seems to know why this is. So I break my movie down into smaller sections and encode without a problem, and now wish to join them back withouut any noticable join marks. Is there a quick easy way to do this? TMPGenc does this but is fairly slow though not to bad but I figure there may be another way.

why not framesever with Vdub or avsynth to CCE??? I think that gets around the size to big problem.

So I can take a rendered file (post-editing) and do this? It sounds as though, assuming this will work, that I do not need to break the file down into a smaller one. I will try, thanks.
