    hey, I recently downloaded a few episodes of final fantasy unlimited. Now when I convert it with TMPGEnc, the subltitles are dissappearing!?!?!?!

    If canyone can help me fix this please let me know.

    are the Subtitles in a separated file ??
    are your surce an AVI file ??

    if reply is yes .. you can try
    convert the subtitles to SSA
    frameserve using VirtualDub with
    Subtitles Plugin to TmpgEnc
