  1. Whenever i make a SVCD 480x480 i have to change the size so my tv and dvd can work correctly. Had to change it to 425x255 for the actual movie. The reason i do this is because i lose some of the picture whenever i play it. I want to fit the movie on 480x480 with 460x270. So i would like to know if i can move the video to left without while leaving a gap on the right.

    hopefully this little thing helps:

video rate is at standard SVCD 2520 film 23....fps
looks crude but it should get the idea out. Anybody know how i can do this? all i want to do is move the video over to the left a little so my sony tv and dvd can view it properly without me having to sacrifice a lot of space and losing video size. Someone please help me.
I use virtualdub for audio, tmpgenc for divx conversion and burn with vcdeasy or nero.

  2. messed it up on previous post.
I want to move the video to left without clipping and distorting the video while making a small section of blackout on the left and a larger one on the right.
