    Hey guys can u guys help me with this. I am trying to capture w/ an ATI 8500 card from a VCR. When i hook up my card w/ the vcr and load Virtual Dub in capture mode following the guide on this page. The problem that i ran into is that i can her sound but know Video. why ???

    What kinda input are you using? S-Video?
    Composite is the default, so you have to select yours under Video>>Source, or you already know that?

    My 8500 has no video in, yours is the DV version? I suggest S-Video, it has better picture quality.
