    wondering if you can download playstation games off the internet and burn them then play them with the mod chip?

    For the most part all bootleg software releases (psx, ps2, pc etc..) are disk images in the form of bin and cues. They are archived as rar files though, so you will have files like .rar, r01, r02 etc..

    Use winrar to extract them back to bin and cue and then burn them with cdrwin, fireburner or some other such program.
