PLS HELP ONCE AGAIN.?!

Can someone please outline the procdure and give me guidelines and the the equipment need on how to convert video cassettes and audio cassettes to cds.

If you can let me know in the following manner:

1)Equipment needed.Type.(video card, cables etc..)

2) Software needed.(preferably free..pls)

3) Procedure for conversion for both audio and video.

You will need a capture card with an RCA or S-Video cable. For the audio you will need a standard audio cable with RCA or Stereo Jack connectors. All the necessary cabling comes with the budget Pinnacle PCTV Rave and the Hauppage WinTV Go cards (~$40)

2) Software needed.(preferably free..pls)

VirtualDub and/or AVI_IO. Download both from the tools section of this site.

3) Procedure for conversion for both audio and video.
