    Hi all,

    I have a weird problem with DVD2AVI. Reinstalled W2K yesterday (along with SP2). My previous system also worked with this installation.
    When I try to Save a project with DVD2AVI the OS is making a software reset.
    Tried different versions of DVD2AVI from 1.6 to 1.74. Everytime the same problem.
    I also tried to run DVD2AVI with the W2K compatibility tool: same result!

    Any ideas what this problem suddenly might cause?

    Athlon Thunderbird 800
    512 MB
    Hard disk formated with FAT 32

    I have no problems and am running Win 2k Prof with no service packs though

    Found the problem after a hard time!

    The problem was the driver for my grafic device. Changed it back to the one W2K would autodetect and it worked again.

    So much about unsigned drivers for W2K..
