TMPGEnc ran out of mpeg 2, how to use Premiere the same way?

After TMPGEnc ran out of mpeg 2 trial i've not been able to get SVcds of music video clips looking as good. What are the best settings in Adobe Premiere? I got a great picture for music video clips in SVCD but now i'm stuck!

Try uninstalling (deleting) and reinstalling the program again.

There's a full version on grokster. dont download the crackovision one however as that one doesn't work. make sure you download the one called tmpgenc+crack i tried it and it works!

Well the cracked version I downloaded worked. I'm using Kazza lite if that makes any difference. And the file is called TMPGEnc Plus 2.54a.37.135 =FULL.exe Maybe you need to change your options because you've proberly got the filter on.
