I have 512MB of RAM, Im just wondering if there is an advantage or way to increase read buffer in Nero? It goes really fast until the buffer fills up, then slows down..

You have enough RAM,but your burner determines buffer size.To speed up burning and reduce buffer underruns try ctrl-alt-
delete and "End task" any unnecessary programs.
