HELP with VCD artifacts...

All,

I've made many successful VCD's using tmpgenc and EZ CD creator but and they all play perfectly in several DVD players.
Up until now, all on my VCDs fit on a 650MB CDR but the one VCD I'm trying to get to work will not fit on the same Maxell CDRs so I bought their 700MB CDRs and tried them. I also tried the SONY 1x-32x 700MB CDRs and still get the same artifacts appearing in the finished VCD. The mpeg file has no errors or artifacts and all of my other VCDs were made exactly the same way and work perfectly. The only difference is the 700MB CRDs.

Can anyone tell me which ones work or why I'm having this headache?
