can you tell me program name that let me put the subtitles in a divx movie

you can download vobsub and then it is "just" to rename the subs file to the exact same name as the video divx but with the extension .sub instead and the subs should be automaticaly be showned when played with media player or any player.

or else try bsplayer or zoomplayer, they both support divx
