  4. Here The NFO File

    JPEG slideshow 1.0 12/27/2001

This is basic jpeg slideshow / viewer. It is built using kallistios version 1.0.0 by Cryptic Allusions and Andrew Kieschnick's port of jpeg-6b. Modified code form AndrewK/NAPALM's MP3 player, form the DCTONIC CD, was used for the file browser and font.

Only RGB jpegs not greyscale images are supported and the height * width in pixels must be smaller than 1,048,576.

The pictures that you want to be able to browse throught must be in a directory called 'pic' in the root of the CD and ones that are to be in the slideshow must be in a directory called 'saver' also in the root of the CD. The saver directory must not conain any non-jpeg files or it will freeze if it chooses it.

    e.g. cd layout
    x:\
    pic\
    pic1.jpg
    pic2.jpg
    saver\
    pic1.jpg
    pic2.jpg

NOTE: for some reason I could not get it to read from a XA mode2 CD file system, so the files must be on a seperate CD in data not XA format. If anyone has any sugestions to what it might be please let me know. email dc@reeserworld.com

    Controls:
Browser: manually choose files from directory 'pic'
    Choose file from list: A
    Go back one directory: B
Go back to slideshow/browse menu: START
    When viewing picture from browser:

    Zoom in: Right Trigger
    Zoom out: Left Trigger
Move picture: D-pad and analog stick
Go back to slideshow/browse menu: START
