Whats The Best Video Card For Capturing/TV Ripping?

It really depends what you want to capture, and what spec of PC you have.
If you have a fast PC with big & fast HDD then any TV capture card should just about do it. But if your PC is slower then you might consider a capture card with hardware compression built in that reduces CPU loading and creates smaller video files.
Read up on cards like the Pinacle DC10+ etc and see if you think it's right for you.
