  1. How can I clean up the picture quality on a vid when I burn a cd? Currently I'm using Uleads DVD Movie Factory to burn VCD and SVCD but either way I choose to go, the picture when viewed on T.V. is blochy.. especially when movement is fast. I found this program to be simple to use, but not much in features. A friend of mine purchased a homemade SVCD from an auction and the quality was absolutely stunning. Any ideas???

  2. If you downloaded it your quility of the picture depends on how someone else captured the movie.

i used to have the same problem...if the mpeg movie before you converted and burned is good it could be burn speed or you need to try a different brand cdr. i was getting green blocks and smears on my vcd's until i changed the burning speed from 4 to 2 speed
