AIW Radeon 7500 Remote Problem - Please Read

i just got a new All In Wonder Radeon 7500. it came with the Remore Wonder ( RF remore control ) after installing video card and remore, my vcr upstairs started acting funny. It would start playing for about 5 seconds. Then the vcr would shut off. When i turned it back on the tape ejected. It ate one tape. I couldn't figure it out. Then i realized that the vcr screwed up the night i installed the remote. I unplugged the USB reciever and took the batteries out of the remote. Teh vcr is playing just like it should. I don't know what could've caused this because the vcd uses a infrared remote and the computer remote uses radio frequency. Any ideas? Thats the only thing i can thing wouldv'e cause the problem.

Honestly it sounds like you had a bad tape in it or it could have been that you or someone else put it on a timer to record something.
