  1. I've got an asf file, but in the 5th second the image turns into black and there's no sound. Then everithing continues ok. The problem is that tmpgenc crashes when reach to that 5th second. can i start encoding after the 10th second or something. Any other way to asf2mpg?

  2. Ive got the same problem but tha audio is corrupted at the first 5 secs. If U follow the asf to vcd guide it should be okay when U reconvert your mpg. U need virtual dub 1.3c & the asf patch, save the audio file to a wave then convert yous asf video and the wave U have created in tmpeg. Use one of the templates in tmpeg to make a compliant cd then burn it.

    Kev!

  3. If you just want to tell TMPGenc to skip that section, choose:

    1) settings | advance
    2) double click on source range, and set the start and end points you want to encode
