My problem is I am using DVD2SVCD, i previoulsy ripped 'The Score' from DVD to a perfect 2 svcd collection. However this time I am having lots of problems getting the sound to extract from the vobs. My main problem seems to be missing the .ifo file. I have tried to create one using Ifoedit, but it seems that this confuses DVD2SVCD.
The program seems to extract a 393,000kb file, but when it converts this to mp2 its only 8kb.
I am guessing that the player can't find the correct place for the ac3 file inside the vob? I have no idea how to fix this, apart from having the original .ifo file (which I don't have, and won't have for like another month).
Any ideas?

Adam P

Forgot to add, the film in Question is 'Spy Game' PAL (UK)
I don't know if your allowed to request IFO's, but if somebody could help me with this it would be much appreciated.

what are you using to rip the DVD? SmartRipper is not smart enought to include the IFO file so you need to manually select it. DVD Encrypter is a little easier in that it can pickup all the required files
