Very Frustrated Please Help

I am so frustrated. I am trying to take a Power Point Presentation .ppt or .pps extension that I have created and end result to burn vcd. But I have search high & low for months trying to find an answer to this. I am missing the middle step to convert from .pps or .pps to something such as avi etc. to get to next step. It includes timing & Music. I have sent to vcr but I am losing 50% of my quality! I want to stay digital. Can someone please help.

You could try capturing it to an AVI with a screen grabber type program. I know Snag-it (shareware) can capture stuff into video files but wether it will provide the required framerate/quality I can't say. Try it and find out.

Yeah or camtasia its from the same company as snag it granted i dont know how you can convert the files i havent tried.
