Camtasia Screen Recording Starter

I need a screen recorder.

I know that OBS Studio is free but I don't like it. I think it is not user friendly.

If anyone can suggest a good screen recorder without watermarks then I would really appreciate it. Not necessarily free but reasonable price tag.
Looked at several screen recorders and found Camatasia Starter with price tag of $39 Annual Subscription.

I would like to understand the meaning about the watermark.
If I pay for this software then why do they put a watermark on my projects?

Or is only watermarked if I use the Camtasia Editor (watermarked) which is included in this price tag?

If anyone uses the Camtasia Starter, I would really appreciate a reply. Thanks.

The Camtasia watermarking is really bad. It is so large in size and in an awkward position.
Considering paying for a license, the least they can do is NOT have watermarking at all or at least make it a lot smaller.

I tried Wondershare Filmora and it is great

Need annual subscription Basic $50/year Advanced $60/year and Perpetual $80. No watermarks.
