While watching a football match on Sky Go I used to record my screen. But since this October they have changed something. The screen recording now has no video - only a black screen with audio. Tried several programs but none of them worked. Any help would be appreciated.

Unsure what you are using to capture but if it's OBS (Open Broadcaster Software), disabling Hardware Acceleration in Windows should fix it.

Thank you for your reply. I had installed OBS but it didn't start - there was only an endless looping. I will try again.

Tried again with OBS portable version and de-activated HW acceleration - didn't help. Still there's only audio and no video in the recording. But in the meantime found another prog that did the job correctly. So problem solved.
