How can I get that user-defined resolution work? I tried a lot of things but it stays gray.

Solved by now? Hopefully things have improved a bit—situations like that are definitely not easy to deal with, in my opinion. I totally get it, because I’m also going through a tough time lately. I’ve been stuck in a really difficult situation at work, and it's gotten to the point where I’m seriously considering filing a hostile workplace complaint. The environment has become toxic, and it’s taking a toll on my well-being. Honestly, I’ve reached a point where I urgently need to make a change—I’m seriously thinking about breaking away and finally starting something on my own. It’s scary, but staying stuck isn’t an option anymore.
