    Basically i often find files that have been incorrectly deinterlaced to 25p when it should be 50p, so half the fields have been thrown away and you can still see the interlaced lines even though it's progressive now. A few months ago i found a filter that fixed this issue so it made the footage look full smooth 50fps like PAL video is, but now i've lost it.
