I recently download a divx video which has the audio encoded with ogg. I have the codec so I can watch the video on my pc but I want to convert it to vcd. Virtual Dub doesn't seen to support it. Any ideas how I can convert it to wave to use with TMPG eng?

Perhaps "How to convert to VCD/SVCD using GraphEdit
OGG to VCD/SVCD. Freeware." Just a longshot. -
So, you are telling me you can't load the DivX into Graphedit? I would find this highly unlikely. In what way does it not work?

The divx will load into graphedit and I set it up as the guide but I get an error when I convert it. Something to do with the start must be before the end.
