Has anyone fitted one of these

How did you cope with the magnified image on the screen, didn't expect that, I've taken it off again until I've asked around

Not sure about the link/screen in your post, KVM seems to be a outdated VGA port ?

I have very good experience with below KVM switches

    KVM 1 from Ugreen

KVM 2 from Mleeda (Wired Remote included)

    Hope this helps somehow.

It may be more useful to link to the actual splitter rather than a pic of it. (and fleabay is not the best place to acquire anything like this since it will hardly describe the item adequately)

Possible that you over-estimated its potential and it merely sends the image from one PC rather than an independant image from both as determined by each PC's graphics.

I appreciate what you say, there's not much detail i can put up, it's a bit lacking in that, it's meant to to switch from one computer or the other using just the one screen, it's just that the image comes up a little bigger than normal. Looks like I'm going to have to set it up again and play with it.

Not sure why you think this is necessary.

You could easily connect 2 PCs to one monitor, since most monitors have multiple inputs. Simply connect 1 PC to the Displayport input, another PC to the HDMI, or USB -C, input. Then use the input selection button to switch between the inputs.
