    I have a mpeg I convert to bin using VCD imager and burn using CDRwin. When I play it on my DVD player the bottom half of the screen flips. Is there anything I can do?

    do you still have the .mpg? if you do, you can just burn that .mpg directly into a VCD using nero's VCD template...
