  1. How could i find all webm video converters, editors, plugins in this list on Video Software Downloads?
There is no option per "Select section" :
    https://www.videohelp.com/software/sections/video-encoders

And finding which program can export to gif would also be cool
    thx

I think WebM videos use VP8 or VP9 Codec, try look in theese areas! Alltough in the link you posted there are a few who can convert into WebM allso! For example Avidemux have WebM+VP9 (I think VP8 is similar to H.264 AVC and VP9 is similar to H.265 HEVC).

Edit: For example SuperSimple Video Converter v.2015 do real nice WebM with VP8, it even have extra function to use slow encoding speed for WebM to give better quality, alltough the DivX Player+LAV Filters dont seem to like the WebM videos converted using SuperSimple Video Converter, but theyre woking basicly anywhere ellse!

You can use FFMpeg and an FFMpeg GUI to convert videos into WebM using either VP8 or VP9 codec allso.. (if the ffmpeg gui only offer to convert into MP4 with H.264 simply just replace libx264 with libvpx in the generated command line, and allso use -f webm instead of -f mp4, and if where it say output file name must allso switch from mp4 to webm)...

  3. thank you very much
I thought webm was the same as GIF with endless running but smaller.
Does webm loop as a gif everywhere in the web and in online photo albums as Google, Outlook, etc?

Avidemux do i use but did not see its existing option to save as webm-container.
Perhaps it is not a good idea to use this because its been rarely used.
    thx

  4. Webm related:
    Convert webm to anything
    Mux compliant codecs to webm
    Video encode to vp8, vp9
can be done by clever FFmpeg-GUI

I dont think it normally loop, atleast my videos does not but maybe it can be added as an setting, ive seen some websites loop videos but that is an setting on the web video player.. And yeah maybe WebM+VP9 is not such an good main choice/starter choice, probably WebM+VP8 is better, atleast for compability reasons and maybe the acctual encoding require some other hardware then the "standard" ones, im not really sure, i just tried VP9 one or two times and it was not able to play in the web browsers i tried the video in so im sort of skipping it and use VP8, for now atleast!
